I like the way you make your bridge. I want to try a pin-less bridge some day. I always liked it on my Ovation.
I don't use any jigs. I can make one of these in about 45-60 minutes.
Here is a bubinga bridge I made.
I start with an AutoCad print out of my design.
I cut out the bridge blank and attach the design with spray contact cement.
Then I band saw off what I can....
....and then jig saw the smaller curves....
Next I drill the holes. I center punch on the cross mark for accuracy....
Then I band saw off much of the extra on the wings.
Then I set a fence on my drill press to sand the curves into the wings.
Next I mark the bottom of the bridge with a white pencil and sand the radius on the bottom.
All that is left to do is sand the 16" radius on the top, chamfer the holes, remove some of the bulk off the back, break (soften) the edges, sand and polish.
